Class Schedule, Descriptions & Pricing


 Please note that Hot Yoga and Non-Heated Yoga classes require separate class cards.



8:30am-9:30am: Kettle Intensity with Kimmy. Looking to take your fitness routine to the next level? Join us for a Kettle Bell workout that will do just that! By using a variety of Kettle Bell weights (5lbs-15lbs) you will strengthen and tone your muscles, burn fat, enhance your yoga practice and look and feel great! This class is open to all adults looking for an invigorating and intense work out. Cost is $10 for drop-ins and yoga class cards are accepted.

10am-11am: Intro to Yoga – Perfect class for the Beginning Yogi. Learn basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (poses/postures). Class moves at slower pace incorporating traditional Hatha poses with more modern styles. This is a Beginner’s Community-type class taught by a variety of instructors and student-teachers.


6:30am-7:30am: Sunrise Yoga with Kimmy. Nothing like starting the day with some yoga! Join us before work or school for an early morning practice. Kimmy will guide us through some Hatha yoga poses that will energize us and get us ready for the day ahead. All levels welcomed.

10:30am-11:30am: All Levels Vinyasa with Justine. Vinyasa is a beloved flowing style of yoga where movement is led by breath. Warming the body with Sun Salutations, we build solid foundations in pranayama, proper alignment, and setting your gaze (drishti). Build strength, balance and flexibility on and off your mat. This class is suitable for seasoned yogis as well as first timers!

5:45pm-6:45pm: Vinyasa Flow with Veronica. This class will move you through breath work, balancing, core strength, and flexibility. Push your body to its edge, connect breath and movement, and experience poses more deeply. Instructor will walk you through proper alignment and provide you with modifications to meet you at your level. All levels welcomed.

7pm-8pm: MyAsana Strong with Corinne. MyAsana Strong is a powerful and vigorous vinyasa (linking movement with breath) flow class designed to promote transformation – inside and out. Creative, and often challenging, sequencing of poses will strengthen and stretch you as well as improve your stamina. This class will leave you feeling wrung out, refreshed and rejuvenated. So you may fully benefit from Corinne’s offerings, yoga experience is recommended. Intermediate.


9:30am-10:30am: Surfset with Ashley – 3 week session! Surf-inspired classes are the latest craze. Join us for a great work out on The Rip Surfer X, the original Indoor Board as featured on the hit show Shark Tank. Improve your balance, strengthen your core, enhance your yoga practice, build lean muscle and burn up to 900 calories in one hour!  Due to the limited number of boards, you must pre-register for this class. 5:45pm-6:45pm: Pre and Post Natal Yoga. Our 6 week series runs from Nov. 11th-Dec 16th. Registration is now closed. If you would like to drop-in, please email us 24 hours in advance at to reserve a spot. Cost is $15. Please see our Workshops & Events page for more information,

7pm-8pm: Gentle Fusion Flow with Natalie. A combination of a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Restorative. Class moves at a gentle pace with opportunity to challenge and grow. A nice end to your mid-week evening. All levels welcomed.


10:30am-11:30am: Intro to Vinyasa with Devin. Receive a more guided instruction in the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, including proper alignment and breath. This class is designed for beginners or fellow yogis who are looking to improve and deepen their practice. All levels welcomed.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Soulful Vinyasa with Corinne. This mixed-level class is an energetic, flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. Each class is different and every practice is intended to be a complete experience, leaving you centered, grounded, and refreshed. Corinne will encourage you to build strength and flexibility while you heal and revitalize mind, body, and spirit.

7pm-8pm: Restorative “Candlelight” Vinyasa with Stephanie. Unwind your day and week through a slowed down gentle flow of sun salutations and restorative poses. Release stress and reset through longer and slower stretches.  All levels welcomed.


5:45pm-6:45pm: Pilates with Rose – Step up your fitness routine with some variation and try some Pilates…great compliment to Yoga! Improve strength and posture and tone your muscles through controlled and smooth movements and exercises. All levels welcomed. Yoga class cards may now be used for both Pilates and Non-Heated Yoga classes! (Hot Yoga is separate.) All levels welcomed.
