Sundays

8:45am-9:45am: Pilates with Rose – Step up your fitness routine with some variation and try some Pilates…great compliment to Yoga! Improve flexibility, strength and posture and tone your muscles through controlled and smooth movements and exercises. All levels welcomed. (Main Level Studio) Cost is $10 for drop-ins. Curious yoga students may use their class cards once to give it a try! This class will be moving to Thursdays beginning June 25th!

10am-11am: Intro to Yoga – Perfect class for the Beginning Yogi. Learn basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (poses/postures). Class moves at slower pace incorporating traditional Hatha poses with more modern styles. All levels welcomed. This is a community-type class taught by a variety of instructors and student-teachers.

Mondays

7pm-8pm: Power-Vinyasa with Alyssa at 7pm: Coming this Summer (late June)!

Tuesdays

10:30am-11:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Justine. Vinyasa is a beloved flowing style of yoga where movement is led by breath. Warming the body with Sun Salutations, we build solid foundations in pranayama, proper alignment, and setting your gaze (drishti). Build strength, balance and flexibility on and off your mat. This class is suitable for seasoned yogis as well as first timers!

5:45pm-6:45pm: Basics of Vinyasa with Julia. Receive a more guided instruction in the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, including proper alignment and breath with emphasis on core strengthening. This class is designed for newer or seasoned yogis who are looking to improve and deepen their practice. All levels welcomed.

7pm-8pm: Vinyasa Flow with Veronica. This class will move you through breath work, balancing, core strength, and flexibility. Push your body to its edge, connect breath and movement, and experience poses more deeply. Instructor will walk you through proper alignment and provide you with modifications to meet you at your level. All levels welcomed.

Wednesdays

11am-12pm: Mommy-to-Be/Mommy-N-Me 6 week session of Prenatal and Postnatal yoga begins on May 20th! Please see our Workshops & Events page for more info and to sign-up. Must pre-register. Cost is $45 for 6 weeks.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Gentle Fusion Flow with Natalie. A combination of a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Kundalini. Class moves at a gentle pace with opportunity to challenge and grow.  All levels welcomed.

7pm-8pm: Vinyasa Flow with Veronica. This class ends on June 10th.

Coming to Wednesdays this Summer….Surfset Yoga & Fitness with Ashley: 6 week session starts June 17th! Please see our Workshops & Events page for more info and to sign-up. Spots are limited. Must pre-register.

Thursdays

10:30am-11:30am: Intro to Vinyasa with Devin. Receive a more guided instruction in the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, including proper alignment and breath. This class is designed for beginners or fellow yogis who are looking to improve and deepen their practice. All levels welcomed.

Pilates will be moving to Thursdays at 5:30pm in the Summer beginning June 25th!

7:30pm-8:30pm: Sunset Vinyasa with Justine. (Formerly known as Candlelight Vinyasa…the candles will be back after Summer when the sun begins to set earlier again.) Unwind and chill out your week as we watch the sun go down. Through a series of sun salutations and warrior poses we will shave off the tension and then reset ourselves at ease with longer and slower stretches to conclude. The perfect end to your evening. All levels welcomed.

Fridays

5:30pm-6:30pm: $5 Hatha Happy Hour (May and June only!) Mixed Levels Community Class. Support our teachers in training as they guide you through a Hatha and Vinyasa based practice. Did we already mention…only $5!?!
