ATTENTION (important updates):

*The studio will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as New Year’s Eve. On New Year’s Day we will be holding a special Candle Lit Vinyasa (non-heated) class at 7pm. All other classes are cancelled on Jan 1st.

CLASS SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS

SATURDAY

10 am-11:15 am ~ HOT FUSION FLOW ~ A combination of a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Kundalini, created by The Twisted Monkey Guru and owner himself, Bill Henry. Arrive as early as 9:30 am to reserve your spot and acclimate to the heat (optional, but recommended). All levels welcomed.  Classes taught by Bill Sr. (Downstairs Yoga Studio)

SUNDAY

10am-11am ~ INTRO TO YOGA (non-heated) ~ Coming in 2015!  This is the perfect class for the beginning yogi. Learn breathing techniques while perfecting your asanas (poses/postures). Class will move at a slow pace and incorporate traditional Hatha poses with some yoga philosophy, as well as more modern styles and practices. All ages and levels welcomed. This is a community-type class taught by a variety of instructors and student-teachers.

MONDAY

TUESDAY

10 am-11 am ~ VINYASA FLOW ~ Vinyasa is a beloved flowing style of yoga where movement is lead by breath. Warming the body with Sun Salutations, we build solid foundations in pranayama, (breathing techniques) proper alignment, and setting your gaze (drishti). Build strength, balance and flexibility on and off your mat. This class is suitable for seasoned yogis as well as first timers! All levels welcomed. Class taught by Justine. (Main Level Studio)

5:45pm-6:45pm ~ BASICS OF VINYASA~ Receive a more guided instruction in the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, including proper alignment and breath. This class is designed for beginners or fellow yogis who are looking to improve and deepen their practice. All levels welcomed. Class taught by Julia. (Main Level Studio)

7 pm-8:15 pmVINYASA FLOW ~ this class will move you through breath work, balances, core strength, and flexibility. Push your body to its edge, connect breath and movement, experience poses more deeply. Instructor will walk you through proper alignment and provide you with modifications to meet you at your level. All levels welcomed. Class taught by Veronica. (Main Level Yoga Studio)

7 pm-8:15pm ~ HOT FUSION FLOW ~ Another night to sweat it out! A combination of a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Kundalini. Temperatures rise to an average of 108 degrees. Arrive as early as 6:30 pm to reserve your spot and acclimate to the heat (optional, but recommended). All levels welcomed. Class taught by Stephanie/Daniella. (Downstairs Yoga Studio)

WEDNESDAY

5:45 pm-6:45 pm ~ GENTLE FUSION FLOW~ A combination of a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Kundalini. Slowed down flow with poses being held a little longer. All levels welcomed. Class taught by Natalie. (Main Level Yoga Studio)

7 pm-8 pm ~ VINYASA FLOW ~ Vinyasa class will move you through breath work, balances, core strength, and flexibility. Push your body to its edge, connect breath and movement, experience poses more deeply. Instructor will walk you through proper alignment and provide you with modifications to meet you at your level. 7:30 pm -8:30 pm ~ CANDLELIGHT VINYASA ~ Unwind and chill out your week with a cozy, candlelit room. Through a series of sun salutations and warrior poses we will shave off the tension and then reset ourselves at ease with longer and slower stretches to conclude. The perfect end to your evening. All levels welcomed. Class taught by Justine. (Main Level Studio)

FRIDAY

11am-12pm ~ MOMMY-to-BE/MOMMY-n-ME ~ Join us for a special 6 week holiday session* of Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Expectant mothers and new mommies join together to practice the best form of exercise for mom. Prepare your body for an easy labor. Learn poses and techniques that can help you sleep better. Ease your way back into an exercise routine. Bond with your baby. Whatever the reason, yoga is sure to be of benefit. New mommies are welcomed to bring their little ones under the age of 1 who are not yet walking. Class taught by Jessica. (Main Level Yoga Studio)

*This is a special 6 week holiday session running from Dec. 5th-Jan. 9th only. Drop-ins welcomed or purchase a 6 week class card at a special price of $40 on your first day and get two classes free! (Cash or check only.)
