Class Schedule, Descriptions & Pricing


Please note that Hot Yoga and Non-Heated Yoga classes require separate class cards.



10am-11am: Intro to Yoga – Perfect class for the Beginning Yogi. Learn basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (poses/postures). Class moves at slower pace incorporating traditional Hatha poses with more modern styles. This is a Beginner’s Community-type class taught by a variety of instructors and student-teachers.


7pm-8pm: Power-Vinyasa with Alyssa. Power Yoga is a more vigorous and energetic form of yoga. Vinyasa Flow is a fluid form of yoga where poses connect your breath to your movement. This combination ensures a more physical practice that will help you gain strength, balance and flexibility and give you some cardio too! This class ends on August 31st due to schedule changes.


10:30am-11:30am: All Levels Vinyasa with Justine. Vinyasa is a beloved flowing style of yoga where movement is led by breath. Warming the body with Sun Salutations, we build solid foundations in pranayama, proper alignment, and setting your gaze (drishti). Build strength, balance and flexibility on and off your mat. This class is suitable for seasoned yogis as well as first timers!

5:45pm-6:45pm: Vinyasa Flow with Veronica. This class will move you through breath work, balancing, core strength, and flexibility. Push your body to its edge, connect breath and movement, and experience poses more deeply. Instructor will walk you through proper alignment and provide you with modifications to meet you at your level. All levels welcomed.

7pm-8pm: Soulful Vinyasa with Corinne. This class focuses on foundation, alignment and breath to get the most out of every lift and twist. Create internal space to breathe and move more easily in daily life. This class provides a great tune-up for the adept practitioner and a perfect starting place for the beginner. Addressing the healing aspects of yoga, Corinne covers a range of sequences to energize and restore. All levels welcomed.


9:30am-10:30am: Surfset Yoga & Fitness with Ashley – 3 week session! Surf-inspired, SUP yoga and fitness classes are the latest craze. Join us from Sept. 23rd – Oct. 7th and practice yoga while standing on the The Rip Surfer X, the original Indoor Board as featured on the hit show Shark Tank. Improve your balance, strengthen your core and your practice, build lean muscle and burn up to 900 calories in one hour!  Due to the limited number of boards, you must pre-register for this class. 5:45pm-6:45pm: Kettle Yoga with Kimmy – 6 week series! Ready to take it up a notch? Join us from Sept. 23rd – Oct.28th for this new and unique yoga practice which incorporates Kettle Bells for extra strength training and toning. We’ll start with light hand weights to condition and learn proper technique, working our way to Kettle Bells of varying weights for an intense and invigorating practice. Due to the limited number of Kettle Bells, you must pre-register for this class. Please visit our Workshops & Events page to sign-up!

5:45pm-6:45pm: Gentle Fusion Flow with Natalie. A combination of a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Restorative. Class moves at a gentle pace with opportunity to challenge and grow.  All levels welcomed. This class will be moving to 7pm on Wed beginning Sept. 23rd.

7pm-8pm: Coming Soon!


10:30am-11:30am: Intro to Vinyasa with Devin. Receive a more guided instruction in the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, including proper alignment and breath. This class is designed for beginners or fellow yogis who are looking to improve and deepen their practice. All levels welcomed.

5:30pm-6:30pm: Pilates with Rose – Step up your fitness routine with some variation and try some Pilates…great compliment to Yoga! Improve strength and posture and tone your muscles through controlled and smooth movements and exercises. All levels welcomed. Cost is $10 for drop-ins or purchase 10 classes for $70! Class cards may now be used for both Pilates and Non-Heated Yoga classes! (Hot Yoga is separate.) *This class will be moving to Fridays at 5:45pm beginning in September.

6:45 -7:15pm: $5 Pranayama Practice with Justine. Through this 30 minute class we reset, unwind and regulate our intake of Prana, or Vital Life Force. Discover or rediscover useful breathing techniques to aid you in stress management, anxiety, depressed mood, sleeplessness, physical performance, relaxation, restlessness, fatigue, meditation, and of course Yoga, to name a few applications. We will do very light Asana (postures) in some instances so bring your water and yoga mat- blanket or bolster optional. Not all BREATH is created equal. Class taught by Justine. Class cards not accepted as this is a 30 minute class. All levels welcomed. This class ends on August 27th.

7:30pm-8:30pm: Sunset Flow with Justine. (Formerly known as Candlelight Vinyasa…the candles will be back after Summer when the sun begins to set earlier again.) Unwind and chill out your week as we watch the sun go down. Through a series of sun salutations and warrior poses we will shave off the tension and then reset ourselves at ease with longer and slower stretches to conclude. The perfect end to your evening. All levels welcomed.


8pm – 9pm: Donation-based Reiki Healing Circle (BEGINS IN SEPTEMBER!) with Shihan (Reiki Master) Lynn Montana – Experience the empowerment of Reiki through a brief hands-on session, either in your chair or on our massage table. Reiki can often be felt as warm energy, vibration, a cool breeze, or just a relaxing feeling. It soothes and calms, giving us the opportunity to tune into our higher energies and provide them the time, attention and energy needed to heal. If you have never experienced Reiki but always wanted to, this is the perfect opportunity for you to do so. All Reiki practitioners and master teachers are encouraged to join us in the healing circle to both give and receive. Any donations are appreciated.
