Yoga, Pilates and More!
Our Main Level studio offers a variety of yoga classes, from traditional Hatha to more modern Vinyasa Flow. Our instructors welcome all levels and will help accommodate poses to meet your level and need. You wil practice barefoot and we ask that you remove your shoes before entering the yoga room. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available for use at no extra charge. Please bring your own reusable water bottle to help reduce waste. If this is your first time at our studio, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a registration form and secure your spot. Instructors welcome all levels, but we ask that you read the class descriptions to find the best fit for your first class. From there we encourage you to explore other classes and teachers to find what resonates with you. Please notify instructor if you have any injuries, pre-existing conditions or special circumstances. Thank you!

8:30am-9:30am: Kettle Fusion with Kimmy. Looking to take your fitness routine and yoga practice to the next level? Join us for a unique mind and body workout that will do just that! Classes will rotate through Kettle Conditioning, Kettle Yoga and regular yoga. Kettle Bells (5-15 lbs) available or bring your own. Keep your body (and mind!) guessing as you strengthen and tone your muscles, burn fat, and enhance your yoga practice. This class is open to all adults looking for an invigorating full body work out. All levels welcomed.
10am-11am: Intro to Yoga with Sarah & Tanya-PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED ON FEB. 21st only while we have our floors refinished. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding. You can join us for our Wed. 7:15pm beginners class too!
Perfect class for the Beginning Yogi. Learn basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (poses/postures). Class moves at slower pace incorporating traditional Hatha poses with more modern styles. Great place to start if you have little or no experience with yoga. Level I.
6pm-7pm: Mat Pilates with Rose. Pilates is a great compliment to a yoga practice or the perfect way to break that plateau. Rose will lead you through high energy exercises that are sure to fire up your core, helping you to burn fat, lean out and tone muscles. All levels welcomed. No experience needed.
7:15pm-8:15pm: Coming in 2016!
6:30am-7:30am: Sunrise Yoga with Kimmy. Join us before work or school for an early morning practice. Kimmy will guide us through some traditional Hatha yoga poses, at times incorporating Kettle Bells (optional), Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini. Get energized and ready for the day ahead. Mixed levels.
10:30am-11:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Justine. Vinyasa is a beloved flowing style of yoga where movement is led by breath. Warming the body with Sun Salutations, we build solid foundations in pranayama, proper alignment, and setting your gaze (drishti). Build strength, balance and flexibility on and off your mat. This class is suitable for seasoned yogis as well as first timers! Mixed Levels.

7:15-8:15pm: MyAsana Strong with Corinne. MyAsana Strong is a powerful and vigorous Vinyasa Flow class designed to link movement with breath and promote transformation – inside and out. Creative, and often challenging, sequencing of poses will strengthen and stretch you as well as improve your stamina. This class will leave you feeling wrung out, refreshed and rejuvenated. So you may fully benefit from Corinne’s offerings, yoga experience is recommended. Intermediate Level. (Second class available Thursdays at 6pm.)
6pm-7pm: Pre and Post Natal Yoga with Natalie. Our next 6 week series runs from Jan 20th – Feb 24th. Cost is $70 for 6 weeks. Pre-registration for this class is closed. If you would like to drop-in for single classes, drop-in rate is $15 per class, cash only.
7:15pm-8:15pm: Gentle Hatha with Tanya. This class is designed for beginning yogis or those looking for a slowed down flow. Tanya will guide you through a more gentle practice with opportunity to grow. Best part is a relaxing guided savasana (resting pose) to end the class right and reap all the benefits of your yoga practice. A great class to compliment our Sunday Intro to Yoga class and a nice end to your mid-week evening. Level I.
10:30am-11:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Devin. This class will move you through breath work, balancing, core strength, and flexibility. Push your body to its edge, connect breath and movement, and experience poses more deeply. Mixed Levels.
6pm-7pm: MyAsana Strong with Corinne. MyAsana Strong is a powerful and vigorous Vinyasa Flow class designed to link movement with breath and promote transformation – inside and out. Creative, and often challenging, sequencing of poses will strengthen and stretch you as well as improve your stamina. This class will leave you feeling wrung out, refreshed and rejuvenated. 7:15pm-8:15pm: Sunset Vinyasa with Stephanie. Unwind your day and week through a slowed down flow of Sun Salutations in true Vinyasa flow fashion. Release stress and reset, while still challenging your body through longer and slower stretches. Mixed Levels.
