Yoga, Pilates and More!

Our Main Level studio offers a variety of classes. If this is your first time at our studio, we encourage you to download our FREE app on your smartphone to view the most current schedule, book for classes directly from your phone, and take advantage of our discounted packages! Reservations are recommended, not required.

Once downloaded, open Glofox and search for “The Twisted Monkey.” You will be prompted to register with our studio. Please note that if you book a class and cannot make it, you must cancel your reservation to avoid losing credits, at least 1 hour before start of class. Due to occasional software updates, you may find that your app becomes frozen or is not working right. PLEASE sign out and sign back in. If necessary, you may have to delete the app and re-download. Technology can be a wonderful asset, but it can also be a pain in the butt! Thank you for your understanding and patience.

ALL of our instructors welcome ALL levels, but we do provide class descriptions to help you find the best fit for your first class. (Level Key found below.) We encourage you to explore other classes and instructors to find what works best for you! You will practice barefoot and cubbies are available for your belongings. Yoga mats are available for first time guests, but ask that you please invest in your own if you plan to continue (and hopefully you do!) with yoga. Yoga blocks and straps are also available for your use at no extra charge. Please bring your own reusable (full) water bottle to help reduce waste. Thank you!

*This excludes Workshops, Courses, Community and Specialty classes.

***We often get asked about children attending classes. It is important to understand that kids have different needs as their bodies are still developing and growing. However, we understand you know your child best. If you are confident your child will be attentive in class and mindful of not being disruptive, we are  more than happy to welcome them to our Level 1 classes if they are at least 10 years of age. Thank you for your understanding. Please check our schedule for our seasonal Kids’ Yoga class!

CLASS KEY:

Level 1 – Beginners: Newbies/Slow/Gentle/Instructor demonstrates/props provided
Level 2 – Mixed/All Levels: Room to challenge/beginner-friendly/Modifications/Less demo
Level 3 – Intermediate: Challenging flow/alignment focus/Modifications/little-to-no demo
Level 4 – Advanced: Experienced yogis/inversions/challenging poses

*If you have a special voucher, coupon, or gift certificate, please bring hard copy to the studio and arrive 10 minutes early so we may set up your account. (Not all classes are applicable. See below.)

Mondays

5:45pm-6:45pm: Mat Pilates with Rose. All Levels. No experience needed.

7pm-8pm: Monday Meditation Flow with Sarah. Level 1/2. 

8:30pm-9:30pm: Coming Soon!

 Tuesdays

9:15am-10:15am: Warm YIN with Justine. (Room heated to 80-85 degrees) All Levels.

10:30am -11:30am: Warm Vinyasa Flow with Justine. (Room Heated to 80-85 degrees) Mixed levels with an Intermediate vibe.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Gentle Flow with Tanya. Level I.

7pm-8pm: Align & Flow with Nina. Level 2/3. 

8:30pm-9:30pm: G’nite Aroma Flow with Kimmy. (Essential Oils and Herbs are used.) Level 2-Mixed Levels.

Wednesdays

6am-7am: Sunrise Vinyasa with Sarah. All Levels. 

5:30pm-6:30pm: Warm Power-Vinyasa with Natalie. (85 degrees) Level 2-Mixed Levels. 

6:45pm-7:45pm: Warm Chakra Flow with Daniella. Mixed Levels. (90 degrees.)

Thursdays

10:30am-11:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Devin. Level 2.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Gentle Flow with Sarah. Level 1.

7pm-8pm: Sunset Vinyasa with Stephanie. Level 3.

8:30pm-9:30pm: G’nite Aroma Flow with Kimmy. Mixed Levels.

Fridays

5:45pm – 6:45pm: $5 Happy Hour Community Yoga with Instructors in Training. Level 1/2. (Cash only at the studio. Donations will benefit The Transformation Yoga Project through May. No credits, vouchers or discounts may be used. Thank you.)  

 Saturdays

8:45am-9:45am: Hatha Flow with Beth. Level 1/2.

10am-11am: PreNatal Yoga. ($12 pre-register though our online schedule or app. No credits, vouchers or discounts may be used.)  Last class Sat. 5/27. (Prenatal will break for Summer.) All Levels.

Sundays

8:45am-9:45am: Coming in Fall 2017.

10am-11am: Intro to Yoga with Tanya & Brittany. Level I. 

11:30-12:30pm: PiYo with Rose. (5 Week series 4/23-5/21.) Must pre-register online. Drop-in spots are available in May for $10. (No credits, vouchers or discounts may be used until after May.) Mixed Levels.

*SPECIAL MOTHER’S DAY YOGA CLASS! Sunday, May 14th. 12:30pm-1:30pm. Bring your mom (or mother-in-law) for a special Mother’s Day donation-based class with guest instructor Kate Garza. Minimum cash donation: $10 for you (and mom is free!) Cash only please. Proceeds will benefit Living Beyond Breast Cancer. 6:30pm-8pm: Bi-weekly AcroYoga classes with Kimmy and Rob. (Must Pre-Book through our app or online. No credits, vouchers, or discounts may be used.) Final Spring Dates: 5/7 and 5/21. AcroYoga will take a break for Summer. (Check out our Family Acro on 4/30 on our Workshops and Events page.)
