Yoga, Pilates and More!

Our Main Level studio offers a variety of classes. If this is your first time at our studio, please note that reservations are NOT required….just arrive 5-10 min early to fill out a registration form and secure your spot! Our instructors welcome all levels, but we ask that you please read the class descriptions below to find the best fit for your first class. From there we encourage you to explore other classes and instructors to find what works best for you. Please remove your shoes before entering the yoga room. You will practice barefoot. Cubbies are available to hold your belongings. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are also available for your use at no extra charge. Please bring your own reusable (full) water bottle to help reduce waste. Thank you!

*We often get asked about children attending classes. It is important to understand that kids have different needs as their bodies are still developing and growing. However, we understand you know your child best. If you are confident your child will be attentive in class and mindful of not being disruptive, we are  more than happy to welcome them to our beginners’ classes if they are at least 10 years of age. Thank you for your understanding. Please check our schedule for our seasonal Kid’s Yoga class!

 Mondays

9:15am-10:15am: Warm Chakra Flow with Daniella/Ashley. BEGINS SEPT 26th! All Levels.

6pm-7pm: Mat Pilates with Rose. Pilates is a great compliment to a yoga practice or the perfect way to break that plateau. Rose will lead you through high energy exercises that are sure to fire up your core, helping you to burn fat, lean out and tone muscles.  All levels welcomed. No experience needed.

7:15pm-8:15pm: Intro to Yoga and Meditation with Sarah. Perfect class for the Beginning Yogi or Yogini. Learn basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (poses/postures) and experience a guided meditation and savasana (final resting pose). First half of class moves at a slow but continuous pace, incorporating traditional Hatha poses with more modern Vinyasa Flow and emphasizing the importance of breath awareness. Second half of class will focus on quieting the mind through meditation. Great place to start if you have little or no experience with yoga. Level I.

 Tuesdays

9:15am-10:15am: YINyasa with Justine. BEGINS TUES. SEPT. 27th! All Levels. YINyasa is a beautiful blend of equal, yet opposite practices of vinyasa and yin yoga. We will address lengthening and strengthening of muscles through the heat building vinyasa practice, as well as reach the deeper connective tissues such as fascia and tendons through longer holds and releasing muscles in the cooling yin practice. Note that hold times for yin will vary and will generally range from 90 secs-5 minutes.

10:30am-11:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Justine. Vinyasa is a beloved flowing style of yoga where movement is led by breath. Warming the body with Sun Salutations, we build solid foundations in pranayama, proper alignment, and setting your drishti. Build strength, balance and flexibility on and off your mat. Intermediate Level.

6pm-7pm: Gentle Flow with Tanya. BEGINS SEPT. 27th! Level 1.

7:15-8:15pm: MyAsana Strong with Corinne. MyAsana Strong is a powerful and vigorous Vinyasa Flow class designed to link movement with breath and promote transformation – inside and out. Creative, and often challenging, sequencing of poses will strengthen and stretch you as well as improve your stamina. This class will leave you feeling wrung out, refreshed and rejuvenated. So you may fully benefit from Corinne’s offerings, yoga experience is recommended. Intermediate Level.

8:30pm-9:30pm: G’nite Flow with Kimmy. BEGINS SEPT. 27th! All Levels.

Wednesdays

12pm-12:45pm: Kundalini Yoga Lunch Express with Jessica. Begins Sept. 28th!

5:30pm-6:30pm: Warm Flow Wednesdays with Daniella. Curious about practicing yoga in the heat but hesitant to give it a try? Then you’ll definitely want to check out Warm Yoga. Daniella will guide us through a mixed levels class of mixed yoga styles practiced in an 85-90 degree room. The toasty temp will help warm up our muscles more quickly allowing a little more flexibility and some extra detoxification. All Levels. This class will be moving to 6:30pm starting Sept. 28th! 

7pm-8pm: Gentle Flow with Tanya. This class is designed for beginning yogis or those looking for a slowed down flow. Tanya will guide you through a more gentle practice with opportunity to grow. Best part is a relaxing guided savasana (resting pose) to end the class right and reap all the benefits of your yoga practice. A great class to compliment our Intro classes and a nice end to your mid-week evening. Level I. This class will be moving to Tuesdays at 6pm in the Fall!

Thursdays

9:15am-10:15am: Surfset Fitness & Yoga with Ashley. 6 week series. Class cost is $70 for 6 classes. Class dates: Sept. 22nd-Oct. 27th.  Due to the limited amount of boards, you must pre-register for this course: Click Here.  Are you ready to embrace instability and elevate your fitness? Stand on the Rip Surfer X as seen on the hit show Shark Tank! Experience SUP (stand up paddleboard) yoga and fitness without the water. You’ll maximize calories burned, strengthen your core and balance, create lean muscle, and prevent injury…all while having a great time! 10:30am-11:30am: Coming this Fall!

7:15pm-8:15pm: Sunset Vinyasa with Stephanie. Unwind your day and week through a slowed down flow of Sun Salutations in true Vinyasa Flow style. Release stress and reset, while still challenging your body through longer and slower stretches. Nice end to your evening. Mixed Levels.

8:30pm-9:30pm: G’nite Flow with Natalie. BEGINS SEPT. 29th!

Fridays

6am-7am: Morning Meditation Flow with Sarah! BEGINS SEPT. 3oth!

10:30am-11:30am: Parent-N-Me Yoga with Jessica. 6 week series for ages 2-5 yrs. Class cost is $70 for 6 classes. Class dates: Sept. 23rd-Oct. 28th. You must pre-register for this class: Click Here. Moms (dads, or grandparents!) are invited to share some family stretch time with their little one, while making new friends! We’ll sing songs, play some games, and enjoy lots of yoga. Let’s end the week with some family fun. (Please note, refunds will not be issued after the first class. 6:30pm-7:30pm: Happy Hour Community Yoga. BEGINS SEPT. 23rd! Just $5! Level 1/2. 

6:30pm-7:30pm: Tween Yoga with Brittany. 6 week series for ages 9-13yrs. Class cost is $30 for 6 classes. Class dates: Sept. 23rd-Oct. 28th.  Saturdays

8:45am-9:45am: Intro to Hatha with Beth. BEGINS Oct 1st! Level 1.

10am-11am: Pre/Postnatal Yoga with Jessica. 6 week series. Class cost is $70 for 6 classes. Class dates: Sept. 24th-Oct. 29th.  You must pre-register for this course: Click Here. It is said that yoga is one of the best ways to reduce physical and mental stress during pregnancy and in the postpartum phase. Practice and learn techniques that will help you reduce discomfort and pain, sleep better, feel better, help you during labor, delivery and even postpartum. Infants not yet crawling or walking are welcomed! (We support breastfeeding!) *Please note, refunds will not be issued after the first class. 2pm-3:15pm: Acro CommUNITY with Kimmy and Rob. “6 for 5 weeks” series. Class cost is $59 for 5 classes + a special free introductory class = 6 classes! Anyone is welcomed to drop-in on Sept. 24th for a free class to see what Acro CommUNITY is all about. Regular class dates: Oct. 1st-Oct. 29th. You must pre-register for these: Click Here. Acro CommUNITY is a unifying spiritually inspired class series focused on partner play and energetics. Dive deep into the restorative Lunar and empowering Solar sides of AcroYoga. Explore the fundamental elements of sharing space in the present, reconnecting with your physical body. Feel the shift towards oneness through positive energy exchange and expansion. Enjoy the next few weeks of positive participation and increased spiritual, physical, and emotional awareness. “It’s in the attempting where learning happens.” (There will be no refunds issued for this class.)

Sundays

8:45am-9:45am: Kettle Yoga with Kimmy. 6 week series. Class cost is $70 for 6 classes. Class dates: Sept. 25th-Oct. 30th.  You must pre-register for this course: Click Here.  Take your fitness routine and yoga practice to the next level! During this 6 week series we will learn proper Kettlebell techniques to help strengthen and tone. We will then learn to incorporate bells for a strong mind and body yoga practice. Kettlebells of varying weights (5-15 lbs) will be used. Get ready for an invigorating full body (and mind!) workout. Spots are limited. (Please note, refunds will not be issued after the first class. 10am-11am: Intro to Yoga with Sarah & Tanya. Perfect class for the Beginning Yogi or Yogini. Learn basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (poses/postures). Class moves at slower pace incorporating traditional Hatha poses with more modern Vinyasa Flow. Great place to start if you have little or no experience with yoga. Level I.

11:15am-12:15pm: Kids’ Yoga with Sarah. 5 week series for ages 6-9yrs. Class cost is $25 for 5 classes. Class dates: Sept. 18th-Oct. 16th. You must pre-register for this class: Click Here.  Drop your little one off for a fun morning stretch while you sweat it out in our Hot Yoga class downstairs…or go run some local errands! Sarah will lead the class through a different themed yoga adventure each week designed to get your little one doing yoga without them even knowing it! Yoga is a great way to ensure young ones maintain flexibility. It’s also been shown to improve focus and concentration, sleep, and even athletic ability. Parent must be present the first day to complete a liability release form if they are new to the studio. (Please note, refunds will not be issued after the first class. 7pm-8pm: Candlelight Community Yoga. Starts Sept. 25…just $5! Level 1/2
