Our Main Level studio offers a variety of classes. If this is your first time at our studio, we encourage you to download our FREE app on your smartphone to view the most current schedule, book for classes directly from your phone, and take advantage of our discounted packages!

Once downloaded, open Glofox and search for “The Twisted Monkey.” You will be prompted to register with our studio. Please note that if you book a class and cannot make it, you must cancel your reservation to avoid losing credits. Thank you.

Our instructors welcome all levels, but we ask that you please read the class descriptions to find the best fit for your first class. (Level Key found below.) From there we encourage you to explore other classes and instructors to find what works best for you. Please remove your shoes before entering the yoga room. You will practice barefoot. Cubbies are available to hold your belongings. Yoga mats are available for first time guests, but we ask that you please invest in your own mat if you plan to continue practicing with us. Yoga blocks and straps are also available for your use at no extra charge. Please bring your own reusable (full) water bottle to help reduce waste. Thank you!

All Classes are just $10 each, drop-in rate!*

*This excludes Workshops, Courses, Community and Specialty classes.

***We often get asked about children attending classes. It is important to understand that kids have different needs as their bodies are still developing and growing. However, we understand you know your child best. If you are confident your child will be attentive in class and mindful of not being disruptive, we are  more than happy to welcome them to our Level 1 classes if they are at least 10 years of age. Thank you for your understanding. Please check our schedule for our seasonal Kids’ Yoga class!

Level 1 – Beginners: Newbies/Slow/Gentle/Demos and props provided
Level 2 – Mixed Levels: Intermediate, beginner-friendly/Modifications provided/Less Demo
Level 3 – Intermediate: Challenging flow/alignment focus/little to no demo
Level 4 – Advanced: Experienced yogis/inversions/challenging poses/no demo

5:45pm-6:45pm: Mat Pilates with Rose. All Levels. No experience needed.

7pm-8pm: Monday Meditation Flow with Sarah. Level 1/2. 


9:15am-10:15am: Warm YIN with Justine. (Room heated to 80-85 degrees) All Levels.

10:30am -11:30am: Warm Vinyasa Flow with Justine. (Room Heated to 80-85 degrees) Level 2/3.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Gentle Flow with Tanya. Level I.

7pm-8pm: Power-Vinyasa with Jim. Level 3/4. 

8:30pm-9:30pm: G’nite Aroma Flow with Kimmy. (Essential Oils and Herbs are used.) Level 2-Mixed Levels.


6am-7am: Sunrise Vinyasa with Sarah. Mixed Levels. (Must Pre-Book through our scheduling platform. NO Drop-ins please.)

5:30pm-6:30pm: Bootcamp Flow with Natalie. (Must Pre-Book. NO Drop-ins due to limited space.) Mixed Levels.

6:45pm-7:45pm: Warm Flow Wednesdays with Daniella/Natalie. Mixed Levels. (Room is heated to 85-90 degrees.)


10:30am-11:30am: Vinyasa Flow with Devin. Mixed Levels.

4:30pm-5:30pm: Kids’ Yoga with Brittany. (Ages 5-10) $6 – Must pre-book. No drop-ins please, as we must have minimum number of students to run class.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Gentle Flow with Sarah. Level 1.

7pm-8pm: Sunset Vinyasa with Stephanie. Level 2/3.

8:30pm-9:30pm: G’nite Aroma Flow with Kimmy. Mixed Levels.


5:45pm – 6:45pm: $5 Happy Hour Community Yoga with Sarah and Instructors in Training. (Ages 10 and up!) Level 1. (Credits may not be used. Thank you.)  


8:45am-9:45am: Intro to Hatha with Beth. Level 1.

10am-11am: Pre/Post Natal Yoga. (6 week series starts Feb 4th: Must Pre-Register under “Courses”)

11:30am-12:30pm: Coming Soon!


8:45am-9:45am: SPRY Yoga – Coming soon! Mixed Levels. 

10am-11am: Intro to Yoga with Tanya & Brittany. Level I.

11:30-12:30pm: PiYo with Rose. (5-week series Jan. 29th – Feb. 26th. Drop-ins welcomed at $12: Must Pre-Book.)

6:30pm-8pm: Bi-weekly AcroYoga classes with Kimmy and Rob. (Must Pre-Book)
