The Twisted Monkey is like 2 studios in one, offering something for everyone! Our Main Studio offers regular & warm yoga classes, as well as specialty classes and workshops. If you’re looking for HOT yoga, you’ll want to head downstairs to our Hot Studio. At 108 degrees, we’re known as the hottest in town!
The studio is currently going through some changes as we prepare for 2027. Whether you are new to yoga or a regular at our studio, we ask that you please review our current policies and procedures before booking a class. You’ll find an outline of our schedule and a levels key to help you find the confidence to explore classes. You will then find the option to book. Thank you.

TTM prides itself on offering a wide variety of classes, where all levels are welcome. We are a small business who strives to keep the cost of yoga affordable by maintaining a space that is simple and welcoming. Our instructors are experienced and friendly and several have been a part of TTM family for years.
