Yoga Pose Tips for everyone!

Studio News…

~“Yoga for Kids” and “Barre.Dance.Yoga” have now ended. They will be taking a break for the Summer season, but should be back for the Fall. 

~Our Summer Schedule will officially begin on Monday, June 23rd with two new classes…Pilates at 5:45pm and “Intro to Power” at 7pm! Thursdays will now bring us “Vinyasa for Cyclists and Runner” at 5pm and “Intro to Pranayama” at 6:05pm.  Beginning Saturday the 28th we will be offering a brand new Level 1 yoga class at 10am. Also, look out for “Yoga in the Park” this Summer! Our first one takes place on Sunday the 29th at Pennypack Park at 10am…donation based class. Look out for a few other minor changes in class days and times. The new Summer schedule is now available at the studio and on the website. 

~Kick off the Summer Solstice with us on Friday, June 20th with our 4th “Yoga in a Bottle” event…Summer edition. Join us from 7pm-8:30pm as we practice some non-heated Fusion yoga and sample 5 different wines (white wine will prevail this session!) and enjoy some light snacks. Cost is $20 per person. ~Our Raffle has been extended to June 18th!
