Types of Yoga

Viniyoga:  Not to be confused with Vinyasa Yoga, is a personalized practice.  It incorporates traditional postures, placing emphasis on breathing, and may also include chanting and meditation, depending on the student’s needs.  It is considered a great practice for those who have injuries or other physical limitations and has shown great success with alleviating lower back pain.  It can be gentle, if needed, or adapted to suit a student who is more proficient.  Viniyoga is the adaptation of yoga.
