Surfset Fitness & Yoga
75 minute Master Class w/Ashley Gardner
Did you miss our Summer Surfset classes? Well here’s your chance to experience SUP (stand up paddle) fitness and yoga on land this Fall. This 75 min class will take you through some official Surfset Fitness moves, as well as yoga poses while standing on the RipSurfer X (as seen on the hit show Shark Tank!) Strengthen, balance, tone, and burn calories, while having so much fun…you won’t even realize you’re working out!

Big thanks to those who came out to our Fall Equinox Yoga Mala. We were able to raise $105 for Samaritan’s Purse to benefit victims of the Hurricanes. The Twisted Monkey will match your donations.
Friday Happy Hour classes are back at 5:30pm. Minimum cash donation of $5 will also go to Samaritan’s Purse for the month of October. However, on 10/27, we will hold a special fundraiser class to benefit Upper Moreland Girls Basketball. Special guest instructor, Ashley Gardner, is asking for your support to help raise money for their out of pocket costs. Thank you so much!
Saturday classes are back this month with a new line-up…SPRY Yoga at 10am and a new Warm Flow class at 11:30am! Bi-monthly AcroYoga classes are also back. Dates through December are posted on our website.
Hot Yoga classes are going strong. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the new floors AND the new mural, join us for our new 5:30pm Hot Flow classes, Mon-Thurs. Reminder that 7pm classes now begin at 7:15pm. Hot Yoga is cash only and separate from our Main Studio, though you can now find class descriptions and times on our app. If you haven’t downloaded our Glofox app and created a profile yet, make sure you do soon so you may receive alerts and be added to our mailing list!
Lost and Found: It’s that time again…if you left behind a water bottle, yoga mat or other personal item, please check with the studio asap. Unclaimed items will be recycled or donated this week.
