Surfset Fitness & Yoga

75 minute Master Class w/Ashley Gardner

Did you miss last month’s opportunity to sample Surfset? Well we’re giving you another chance to experience some SUP (stand up paddle) fitness and yoga on land. This 75 min class will take us through some official Surfset Fitness moves, as well some yoga poses, while standing on the RipSurfer X (as seen on the hit show Shark Tank!) Strengthen, balance, tone, and burn calories, while having so much fun…you won’t even realize you’re working out!

Yin Yoga Workshop w/Justine Bacon

Yin is the latest Yoga buzz word, but do you really know what it is and why it’s so important to a well-balanced practice? Join us in this 2 hour workshop, where we will spend a brief period discussing the practice of Yin, its principles and benefits…we will then dive right in!
Yin is a cooling practice that gently stretches the more plastic-like layers of your body, such as: ligaments, tendons, fascia, joints and even bone!
Who is it good for? Everyone! This is a very complimentary practice to anyone with an active lifestyle…so join us!

~Bhakti by the Bay Yoga Retreat: We are happy to announce that details and registration for our 2nd annual Yoga Weekend Retreat in the Fall are now available! ~Lost and Found: It’s that time again…if you left behind a water bottle, yoga mat or other personal item, please check with the studio asap. Unclaimed items will be recycled or donated this week.
